Complicated hotel with facial recognition check in system and slow custom service

Cons Terrible option to stay at. Booked this for a colleague from work UNDER HIS NAME and when he went to check in he was denied the check in as apparently my name was on the booking. This is not correct as I made sure his name was in the booking so he wouldn't have any issue checking in (As I have done before without issue) They use a facial recognition check in process that just makes no sense to me at all. My colleague was calling me to try get some help but I am in Europe so I was asleep while he was trying to checkin, an absolute mess. Obviously my colleague had to then book another room on the spot (for a higher price) and I have been trying to get a refund for days and I still havent got it.... why am I having to waste my precious time now having to chase this refund when IT WASNT MY FAULT HE WASNT ALLOWED CHECK IN... do not recommend this hotel to anybody, save yourself a hassle and book elsewhere. First and last time booking here.

Meraviglioso hotel in Downtown LA

La struttura si trova in downtown LA, a non molta distanza dalla stazione Metro Center che permette di raggiungere tutti gli angoli della metropoli. Presenti nelle vicinanze anche luoghi per mangiare (tutte le fasce di prezzo) e un supermercato (Whole Foods). L’hotel si trova in un edificio storico ed è ristrutturato. Il personale è cortese e disponibile e si è adoperato per risolvere brillantemente un inconveniente al check in. La stanza è spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, pulitissima. Tra le “chicche” anche the e caffè in camera, maschere per il viso e saponi/balsamo/creme corpo fantastici! Disponibile anche bellissimo rooftop bar e piscina all’ultimo piano.

Cons Peccato che le finestre siano poco isolanti, si sente bene il rumore della strada… per ovviare al problema, la struttura fornisce tappi per le orecchie, che funzionano bene!

Cons La zona non è ideale. È ben collegata con i mezzi ma sono presenti molti vagabondi e la sera per due ragazze sole non è bello
