Sudima Lake Rotorua

A great place to stay in Rotorua. Great location, great price, great staff.

This was a good room for a family, with 2 bedroom areas and 2 bathrooms. The location is great. It is right next to the lake and very easily walkable to town.

Cons This was essentially two separate rooms. Which was great as we were traveling with a teen. The only downside was that there was only AC in one of the rooms. So, the door between the spaces had to stay open or the second room stayed extremely cold.

Staff were lovely, breakfast buffet was good.

Cons We stayed in the building to the left of main building with the pool at the front....Run down, tired looking, needs renovations. Extremely noisy corridor with loud doors and people's voices echoing! Parking was a worry, few dodgy looking people hanging around the carpark.

A very pleasant, convenient, and great value stay.
