Summit Parkview Hotel

Rooms are clean and comfortable with upgraded furnishings, though some sheets look worn and park-facing rooms get noisy during festivals. Staff friendliness varies wildly by department: bell boys and security help, but reception ranges from cold to exceptional. Breakfast is good and the location near Shwedagon Pagoda is excellent.
