Cons The noise in the hallway

Great stay with great staff!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every single person I passed during my stay took the time to greet me warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my experience unforgettable.

Cons My room on the ground floor was conveniently close to the casino and front entrance. However, due to the foot traffic in the area, there was some noise. Next time, I would request a room on a quieter floor.

Perfect place to stay

I did not do breakfast. The place and location was good because my event was at ICC so it was convenient

Cons We booked for 2 people, there was 1 small bottle of water in the room. There was only 2 sachets of milk provided. My logic say 2 people provide 4 milk, one for evening and one for morning coffee or tea. Shower - I had to run shower for 5 minutes to get water to something feeling like warm. Nothing like starting day with luke cold shower.

Well worth the visit friendly staff and well priced.

Very well maintained deceptive from outside. The rooms are clean but comfortable.

my stay was memorable, all i ever wished for, comfortable, relaxing, blessed.

breakfast was great and elaborate. staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. sibonisiso particularly went out of his way to assist and make us comfortable. we had a little vibrant 11 month old with us and the manager took care of her for us to enjoy dinner. it was really great. i spend my birthday there and dont regret anything. the ocean view room definitely a must.
