Location and view is great. Staff is very friendly and always want to help specially Mr Hamada & Mr Ibrahim very professional & friendly & offered a free upgrade for the room for 1 night. Not our last time for sure
Cons Having 2 elevators for the whole hotel and each one holds maximum 4 persons makes some long waits specially during buffet time
