Das Zimmer war recht sauber, besonders hilfreich war der viele Stauraum obwohl das Zimmer nicht gerade gross ist. Check-in und Check-out simpel.

Cons Die Unterkunft hat offensichtlich einige Sicherheitslecks: fast täglich erreichten uns Scam-Versuche per Mail und SMS bezüglich dieser Buchung. Der Security-Deposit wurde mir erst wöchentlich abgebucht, und nach Abreise erst auch mehrfache Rückfrage nach über einer Woche zurückerstattet. Am Tag vor unserer Abreise, während wir weg waren, sind zudem vom Nachttisch 100 Euro verschwunden. Auf diese Nachricht hin wurde kaum bis gar nicht engagiert reagiert. Um abzuschliessen: Die Bilder sind offensichtlich sehr gut gemacht - besonders die Terrasse mit Pool ähnelt den Bildern nur mit sehr viel Fantasie…

Excellent Central Location with Some Good Facilities

The location is excellent, right in the city centre. We were able to walk to all the main sights, and Metropol Parasol is especially close. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Parking is available at the underground car park beneath Plaza del Duque de la Victoria. If you have a lot of luggage, it is possible to stop in front of the hotel first to unload before going to the car park, as the walk from the car park to the hotel takes about five minutes. The hotel is not very large, but the common areas on the ground floor are pleasant. The rooftop swimming pool is not particularly large either, but it is very welcome in the hot weather of Seville. Another great feature is the shared kitchen. I am not sure whether there is one on every floor or only on ours, but it was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, cups and plates. There is also a shared refrigerator for storing food. Each room has its own labelled basket, so guests can put their food in their designated basket before placing it in the refrigerator.

Cons One day, when we returned to the hotel, the air conditioning in our room was not working, which was a serious issue in the heat of Seville. The hotel initially told us that the air conditioning would stop automatically if the windows were left open, but our windows were not open. We later found that other rooms had the same problem and that there was also no hot water in our bathroom. After contacting the hotel again, a staff member came about one hour later and fixed the problem. We were told that a circuit breaker had tripped, affecting both the air conditioning and the water heater. Once the water heater was restarted, hot water returned within just a few minutes.

Perfect location, fabulous property, easy communication and friendly staff

Perfect location, literally around the corner from Las Setas de Sevilla, with cute neighbourhood bars just a couple of steps away. It is easily walkable to all other parts of the city.Communication before and during our stay was excellent via WhatsApp, and we were even allowed to leave our luggage in a secure room since we arrived hours before check-in. The room received a light clean each day, and we knew we could just message if we needed anything extra. The room itself was perfect for two adults and a child, featuring a lovely shower room. The air conditioning was definitely needed and worked perfectly.

Cons Whilst the pool was small it was perfect for a cold dip and even better for our 6 year old to play in. However, the whole decking area let's this area down. The whole rooftop space needs an update/refresh. There was a broken board when we arrived and this just got worse, by the end of our stay and grew into a large hole which you had to navigate to get to the pool area. We were lucky and had the space to ourselves whenever we went up but I would say that the space could benefit from a couple of more loungers and a bistro set in addition to the sofa and table as this would then ensure guests could feel like they had their own littke area if multiple people there.
