Disappointed
Was able to get a room fast unfortunately they kicked me out just as quick.
Cons Was kicked out on my birthday for being to noisy, as the owner of the room I was not given a first chance to lower my music, which I believe it wasn’t that loud but this was extremely unprofessional and saddening to be kicked out of a hotel you have been planing to stay at for weeks. Terrible service terrible people.

Holet położony w samym centrum Chicago przy samej rzece i Navy Pier. Otrzymaliśmy pokój na 39 piętrze z niesamowitym widokiem. Obsługa bez zastrzeżeń, pokój bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony sprzątany codziennie. Korzystaliśmy z baru śniadaniowego - kanapki bardzo dobre. Otrzymaliśmy również poczęstunek (truskawki w czekoladzie). Na najwyższym piętrze 43 sala fitnes bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Byliśmy zachwyceni - wyjątkowe miejsce.
Although in a good location, wouldn’t stay here unless it was renewed.
