Swissôtel Quito

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good views, but noise bleeds through walls. Service quality swings wildly from friendly to unprofessional, and the hotel bungled room changes and billing. Breakfast is solid, but amenities cost extra and staff sometimes can't help with basics.
