We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by concierge Daler, who expertly arranged my parents' round-trip airport and hotel transfers, ensuring their safe and comfortable travel without any worries; his professional, friendly, and supremely helpful approach, staying on top of every detail, gave our entire family peace of mind, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to him and every staff member involved in my parents' stay.

Good location, needs improvement on housekeeping

Overall this hotel is good for business travellers, located near a stretch of restaurants and staff are friendly. However room housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. Staff also needs to be more reactive so that there is no need for guests to submit the same request multiple times over the day in order to get what we need.

The hotel staff was very nice, amenities were good. Location is decent, not far from the sights of Tashkent.

Staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. Service at the hotel is excellent.
