Amazing hospitality. Specially from Chef Ravi, from office executive Asim, serving staff Prem and one girl from Manipur whose name starts with A. Apolgies for not been able to recall her name. These all ppl were fabulous in their respective domain and in hospitality. And at last but not the least the housekeeping staff in the night who laid the xtra bed in our room. Thank you All.

Cons Everything was good.

We had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. Wilson from the travel desk was extremely helpful and arranged our airport pickup and Taj Mahal tour. Our driver, Rajesh, was very kind and shared interesting insights about the local culture, customs and traditions. He also took us to the local market and a great restaurant. I was celebrating my birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a delicious birthday cake in our room, which was a lovely touch. Excellent hospitality, very helpful staff and great service throughout. Highly recommended and definitely worth staying here!

Overall, the hotel was nice and welcoming, staff are good, food was amazing.

all are excellent, but pool can be cleaned well. water was salty.

Cons I had tough time to locate my room, the sign boards are not placed well.

I really liked the hotel and the staff. Special thanks to chef Ravi and Chef Hemant. They both were excellent. Always there to take care of us specially when we were with 2 infants and children. Thank you Taj.

Cons I feel inroom dinning is little expensive and there should be high tea in the hotel as a lot of taj hotels have high tea. Like Taj Rishikesh one of the best taj properties.
