Practical but room to improve.
Food was excellent. Lot of variety. Staff was friendly and flexible.
Cons Wish it had more authentic touch. Playing loud and western music felt strange especially in pool area. How about just simple soothing Indian classic music?
Beautiful hotel and very central to Taj Mahal. Room was fantastic and bed so comfy.
Cons We waited 45 minutes be checked in despite arriving after 2pm and had to keep following up. Some of the staff were helpful but experienced much better hospitality at other hotels during our stay.
Horrific and dirty - don’t book here
The only good thing about the property is how close it is to Taj Mahal
Cons The hotel was super dirty, the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at, the rooms and the buffet place as well. There was a horrible smell and I wouldn’t want to stay here ever again
