Vicinity to airport. Excellent rooms and room/concierge services. Peaceful and hasel-free stay.

Cons Charging for airport transfer. It should be complimentary if per night stay is in excess of INR10K. I was shocked when during checkout, front desk advised me that they would be adding INR540 to my bill for transfer after having paid INR13K+ for one night stay. Its petty. It dampens the experience because that is the last thing you remember when you are leaving, undos the good experience had and unbecoming of a 5-star hotel to levy a change for a 5 minute journey.

Below expectations.

Cons The dinner service at the Chinese restaurant started off well and then there was a complete lull. Seemed as if we were forgotten. Also when we checked into the room at 11pm we called guest services as we were having an issue with the TV and the AC. The staff answered the call and promised to send someone but nobody came. Not what I would expect from the TAJ.

"I recently stayed at Taj airport banglore Hotel for a weekend trip. The front desk staff Ms.priyanka was very polite and handled my late-night check-in smoothly.

Cons Nothing

Todo esta muy limpio y cuidado. Estas literalmente al lado del aeropuerto, puedes ir andando a la T1. La comida estaba muy rica. El personal en general muy amable.

Cons Me mancharon un pantalon blanco que envie a limpiar, me pidieron disculpas y me compensaron con un taxi que costaba 500 inr (5€ aprox…) Pedimos desayuno para llevar, dado que cogiamoa el vuelo muy temprano y no podiamos desayunar en el hotel. Nos cobraron 2500 inr (unos 25€) por 2 sandwhich sencillos vegetales con queso. Nos parecio un abuso el precio por lo que nos ofrecieron.
