The staff were exceptional & very attentive, transport from the hotel to the local area was also very good. The room eas a good size with a fantastic panoramic window.
Cons We were disappointed with the lack of cover in the outdoor areas, there were no parasols & therefore no shade. We spent some time on the rooftop but without shade it was unbearable.

Amazing sea views
The stay was comfortable, food was great, staff was extremely friendly, they even arranged a cake for a family member's birthday. The beach is really clean and allthe pools are also great. The advantage is you can access all facilities of Horizon as well as heritage.

Great location.
Cons It did not have a direct access to beach but otherwise great facilities. They had beach access thru next door Taj Cidade Heritage property via a shuttle bus which was ok .
