Very disappointing experience — not what I expected from the Taj brand. The property is seriously affecting the reputation of the Taj brand because of the overall breakfast experience. • Very limited breakfast options, with mostly cheap/processed food choices. • A 10–15 minute waiting time just to get breakfast. • Guests are required to stand in a queue, which is not what one expects from a premium Taj property. • Considering the price paid for the stay, the overall experience simply does not justify the cost. Taj is known for hospitality, service and a premium guest experience. Unfortunately, this property falls well short of those expectations. For me, this hotel was simply not value for money.

Nice hotel in the middle of city.

The location was right in the middle of the city, size of the room was appropriate (although I got upgrade of the room), breakfast varities and quality of the food was excellent, staff was very friendly and helping.

Cons The prices were little too high for the room

Their hostilities , despite language differences all staff were so helpful

little gestures of gifting a Mala on check in and a souvenir while check out makes u feel valued and the team was happy to work for customer delight rather than just customer satisfaction. Super recommended .
