A welcoming stay at Taj Connemara
Excellent location and a refuse from the hustle and bustle of the city. Outstanding staff, very helpful and thoughtful. All restaurant staff at Verandha were exceptionally helpful. Shaji, Dass, Millar and Maria made the stay more enjoyable. At the check-in desk both Fatima and Shaksi were pleasant and attentive.

Jasmine and her staff were terrific and proactively looked after my needs.
Cons Poor hygiene in lobby toilets, dirty carpets in the corridors, no hand towels in the bathroom, verandah staff great but haphazard service. We need one more specialty restaurant.
