Had an excellent stay.
My experience was disappointing. The reception was good, but the staff at the hotel entrance did not seem experienced in dealing with guests. The housekeeping service opened my room door twice without permission and without knocking, even though I had already complained to the housekeeping manager after the first incident, yet it happened again. I also tried the hotel massage service: I booked for one hour but only received 49 minutes, and the cleanliness was average. Regarding the food, I ordered room service and tried the Arabic breakfast, Indian dinner, and a light pizza. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor, and I would not recommend ordering room service at all
