A memorable Goa family holiday trip

The Taj exotica resort Goa is a beautiful & exquisite luxury resort with fantastic amenities, lush greenery, peaceful surroundings and the magnificent private beach which makes it a perfect holiday destination. However, what really sets the resort apart are its people, the staff are exceptionally warm, courteous, attentive and went out of their way to make us feel special. Further the numerous resort experiences like Golf-with the amazing coach Johnson, Spa- with Bipin & Soraj, cycling in the resort, cleanliness of the beach, ambience & delicious food in the Sala Da Pranzo restaurant with incredible service provided by Fecho, Stalin, Anisha, Shabinath, Alina, Sheelu, Macwin, Ambika, Vishal and Chefs Kalam, Alam & Naveen, taking genuine care to accommodate individual preferences like Halal food, spice levels, etc. Room booking services by Neola at customer care, Reception & welcome service by Abbas, buggy transportation service by Nilesh, airport welcome by Lourencinha and Conceirge services by Yvonne and excellent overall service by every staff member in the resort whose names I’m unfortunately unable to recollect.

Amazing location and hospitality hy the group

I would really like to appreciate the hospitality offered by the group , one if the best in class hospitality, comfort and definetly exotic as per the name. One more thing i would really like to mention is the warmth and sense of responsibilty towards the custimer and very sincere efforts taken by "Mr Raj from reservation team" to make the day very special with everything on time and being particular as mentioned. His sense of responsibily towards his duties has left me speechless, I have travelled across the globe and have been at nearly every class of hotels but the way he has understood the occassion , accordingly has suggested the best services that can be undertaken and also have made sure that everything was in place before time. Thanks to the taj group and specially this gentleman Mr Raj for making tbe celebration very SPECIAL. @Mr Raj: your commitment towards your duties shows the ethical values you are carrying with you. Great experience

We had gone to celebrate my mother’s birthday. It was an absolutely beautiful experience. The property is beautiful. Beach access and the pool are amazing. The service is superb! The staff is very welcoming. Special thanks to Sonali and Malvica from the Kids area for doing an amazing job with various activities got kids.

Relaxing weekend at a beautiful beachfront property

The beachfront location is gorgeous, as are the large lawns and the golf course. The staff is extremely welcoming and make you feel right at home!

Cons Given the season, the choice of restaurants within the property was quite limited- the beachfront restaurant was closed and the kids outdoor area was under renovation. Otherwise, it was perfect!
