Cons Staff at the door were waiting for tips. When I wanted to tip one staff his senior came and took the tip.
I checked out at 8am instead of later as I couldnt bear the stench

Cons Terribly maintained rooms, pathetic attitude of staff, they didnt have a room ready for me even after 3pm and made me wait for 45 mins, I didnt get the room category I paid for and it had a stinking bathroom which made the whole stay terrible

It had a beautiful pool and was right by the Arabian Sea . The food was an amazing array of international cuisine ~ excellent. I liked the sitar playing at breakfast with cool relaxing vibes
Cons There was major building works going on around the clock - I could not sleep properly despite a relaxing bedtime massage - thump thump drill all night ~ also super busy with 3 yr old birthdays ‘Bahhh Bahhh Black sheep ‘ being sung too many times !!

Cons The parking or valet arrangement for incoming vehicles is in bad shape. The same needs to be better organized.

Cons Staff attitude..staff audits the customers instead of cleanliness of food served in the dining hall...we noted small cockcroaches crawling in the baked yoghurt Poor customer experience
