Location is good and tajmahal is very close to this hotel.

Cons Washbasin drainage was poor

Lovely friendly staff who look after you and do all that they can for you to have a lovely experience in Agra.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff.

Cons The bedding was washed but not removed or stains and aircon vents smelled damp unfortunately but understand with the humid weather in Agra.

Nive Hotel close to the Taj

Came to see the Taj Mahal in Agra. You can see the monument from the rooftop bar. There is a large new Metro in front, I had a garden view, but would think it means that certain floors in the hotel have no view of the Taj. The swimming pool looks amazing, I did not have time to take a dip. The rooftop bar is well worth the visit thought the food is not the best I have had in India it is great to have a view over the city and the TAJ. The breakfast is great, good coffee, the omelette is great.

Cons The welcome was a little confusing about restaurants and timings.

Disappointing food

This feedback is particularly for the restaurant Svanga kitchen- the ambience etc is good. We took the dinner buffet and it was way too disappointing. Some food like dal and rice had turned dry, meat curry was tasteless and bitter. The spread is although very small for the price and yet whatever we tried eating was disappointing. Thanks to chef Pranjan that he gave me some lettuce salad and prepared fish for us which we ate finally. The restaurant needs to train their staff and revamp their buffet spreads in terms of variety and taste.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prima eten bij het buffet en ook een uitgebreid ontbijt. Heel fijn dat er voor een persoon apart werd gekookt zonder spices.
