It was very average compared to other Marriott properties i have stayed in

Cleanliness inside was good Room was great

Cons Construction around the hotel and staff was not very helpful in explaining how to navigate that . It was very difficult to walk around and access places No health club nor did the staff provide shuttle to access the health club in another Marriott property We were not told beforehand that the hotel is not fully functional There was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience

Writing The hotel has clean rooms and common areas, although the corridors and rooms are somewhat old and dated. Unfortunately, the breakfast is absolutely not up to the standard expected from a five-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. The reception staff are very friendly, attentive, and responsive, and their service was significantly better than what I experienced at the Sheraton Batumi. The hotel’s location is excellent. Unfortunately, it does not have a swimming pool, which is a drawback for a five-star property. Overall, the hotel is clean and peaceful, and the staff provide very good service. However, the old facilities and especially the quality of the breakfast prevent it from fully meeting the expectations of a five-star hotel
