The lobby is stunning and staff can be excellent, but rooms are basic with hard pillows, noise seeps through old windows, and street sounds keep you awake.

Excellent Hotel!
Very beautiful hotel! I stayed for the Labyrinth Masquerade and am happy that I did. I look forward to staying again next year. Everything was really nice. Beds are super comfortable and shower has great water pressure.
Cons The battery in our TV remote was dead, but this was fixed very quickly.

Cons Mooi hotel, maar de service kan aanzienlijk beter. Het hotel zelf is prachtig, maar de communicatie en service van het personeel vielen tegen. Bij het inchecken kregen we weinig uitleg en werd niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd over de kosten of de $100 dagelijkse borg die van mijn kaart werd afgeschreven. Toen ik vroeg wanneer deze zou worden teruggestort, kreeg ik alleen te horen dat dit binnen 10 dagen zou gebeuren, zonder verdere toelichting. Ook hadden we vooraf een bericht gestuurd met de vraag of we ons verblijf konden verlengen. Hierop kregen we geen reactie. Uiteindelijk moesten we de kamer verlaten en wachten tot 15:00 uur voordat we opnieuw konden inchecken. Een positieve uitzondering was een medewerkster bij het restaurant. Voor een hotel van dit niveau zou ik duidelijkere communicatie, meer gastvrijheid en een proactievere houding van het personeel verwachten. We zijn niet welkom geheten en kregen het gevoel dat ze ons niet in het hotel wouden hebben. Wil je een goeie ervaring in LA zoek alstublieft verder
