立地は最高にいい。周囲に飲食店、カフェ、コンビニ多数。眺望もよい。夜遅い時間でも人通りがありそれなりに安全。朝食もバラエティ豊か。浴室とトイレは別々。シャワーは十分な水量とお湯が出た。トイレはウォシュレットでした。一番小さいタイプの部屋も広々としている。大きな机がある。冷房もある。
Cons 他の人も書いているように西側に屋外ビアガーデン兼ライブハウス的なものがあり夜遅くまで歌が聞こえる。ただ、夜0時には終わるので安眠を妨げられるほどのことはない。 朝食の目玉焼きは焼きすぎだと思う。 人手が足りないのか制服を着たレセプショニストのような人がタマゴを焼いていたことがある。
