Excellent Location

The location is awesome for all the sites we like to visit. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is very helpful.

Cons We've stayed at the Bostonian several times and were told that the rooms were being updated but the room we stayed in had not been. Nothing has been changed.

We are planning to come back next year. We loved it.

Cons The only thing that wasn’t perfect as the shower head. Everything else was great.

Disappointed for an expensive hotel

Nice sized room. Comfortable bed. Ideal location for the historic area of the city.

Cons For a high end expensive hotel I was disappointed. No fridge in the room, no (as advertised) mini bar and no water provided in the rooms. My room was only attended to once during my 3 night stay. I could also hear toilets in other rooms being flushed all the time so they need to take a look at their plumbing.

Great hotel, staff, and location

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly. Everyone was willing to bend over backwards to make sure that every guest was happy with the service of the staff. There are several attractions within walking distance. The valet had umbrellas to loan out during the rainy days.

It was centrally located to anything and everything.
