The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dalia

A magnificent hotel with unique architecture and decoration, an open observation terrace overlooking the bridge, the bay and the mountains. The hotel is located on a mountain, but this isn’t a problem, as there is always a bus shuttle running. The advantage of walking near the hotel is that you can see the huge deer that usually walk on the hill. The rooms are luxurious with a very comfortable bed. A good breakfast with European and excellent Chinese cuisine, which is easily suitable for Europeans. In the evening, a restaurant with excellent cuisine and its own beer is open on the observation terrace. We stayed with my family for a week, which is not enough for this hotel, but we will definitely return.

Cons Pleased note that they ask for a deposit upon check-in.

早餐丰富又美味，服务热情周到，及时，已经住过很多次，基本每次来大连都入住这里。特别推荐海景视野的房间，太棒了！

Cons При заселение попросили депозит 3000 уаней за 3 ночи. На сайте в описании депозит не был указан. На мою просьбу на ресепшн о замене завтрака на 2 человек в сумме 6000 рублей на ужин (с доплатой) отказали. Выезд был в 4 утра, с собой ничего не сложили (вечером мы просили об этом). В итоге поели только спустя 5 часов (были с ребёнком). Цена очень сильно завышена. Когда-то отель был хорош, сейчас лёгкий флёр азиатской чистоты оставляет свои следы. Оболрано, оторвано и тп. Когда останавливпешься в отеле за номер в 30 000 рублей в сутки данное не позволительно. Очень разочаровал. Жду возврата депозита. С едой для европейцев большая проблема, отель ориентирован на китайцев. Грязный балкон, ободранная кровать, потресканная тумбочка, вываливающийся поролон из кресел.

Expensive, but Stunning!

The Castle Hotel is great for staying if you have a wedding / event, or want to snap some amazing photos with great views of Dalian. It's absolutely a stunning themed hotel and has very friendly employees! Also, the breakfast was GREAT!!!

Cons To be honest, I think this is one of those types of hotels where you stay for one night maximum and find a better value hotel nearby. It's a bit inconvenient to get to (it's literally on a giant hill) and besides being beautiful, it doesn't have THAT much inside to see or do. It felt like a weird mix of a resort and a hotel, like it didn't know what it was trying to sell.

i like the infrastructure and service. the hotel is so gorgeous. i will recommend this hotel to my friends
