Cons La piscine ferme un peu tôt
Classic Omani stay with great facilities. The food is not worth the money.
Facilities, outdoor spaces, multiple pools, great views and classic decor. Gym was great and spa was high quality service.
Cons Service was good most of the time but check in staff were not organised or informed. Lack of care and attention to detail multiple times. Food was below average quality. We tried many things and the majority of dishes we had were dry and lacked any flavour. There wasn’t anything they did that showed what they were the experts in. Poolside food was quite bad and priced 2x what you would usually see at 5* hotels. The main restaurant had a large menu and we tried arabica, Indian and Asian food. 60% was dry and flavourless. It’s hard to understand why they think they can charge such extortionate prices for such low quality food.
Exceptional hotel
This is a truly special hotel. Stunning facilities and the hospitality was superb.
Cons Hard to criticise - only thing to be aware of is the food and drinks are expensive.
