Fabulosa y super recomendada!

Nuestra estadía fue fantástica en Click Clack Hotel Medellín. Super recomendadísimo! El ambiente es increíble, moderno, elegante, cálido y acogedor. El personal fue extraordinario durante toda nuestra estadía: Los 3 Juanes, Juan José, Juan Camilo y Juan David se encargaron de que esto fuera así y en general, todo el staff fue muy amable, atento y profesional, y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos y asegurarse de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario. El nivel de servicio realmente marcó la diferencia. El desayuno fue otro de los protagonistas de esta experiencia! Estuvo delicioso, con mucho detalle y presentación y sobre todo saludable! Nuestra habitación se lleva el plus de este Review! Absolutamente fabulosa! Estuvimos primero 3 días en una habitación M; es una habitación moderna, con una cama muy cómoda, y muchos detalles. Regresamos por 2 noches más y tuvimos la grata sorpresa de recibir un upgrade a una habitación XL sin ningún costo adicional; esta vez un espacio mucho más grande! Es un detalle que realmente apreciamos y que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. En general, Click Clack es mucho más que un lugar donde hospedarse; es parte de la experiencia de visitar Medellín. El excelente diseño, la deliciosa comida, el maravilloso personal y el ambiente increíble hacen de este hotel un lugar al que definitivamente volveríamos.

Stylish hotel, opaque visitor fee — refunded in full after a documented complaint

Beautiful design hotel in a great Poblado location. Comfortable room, good breakfast, excellent skybar. Once my complaint reached the right level, management (Guest Services) responded professionally and the matter was resolved in full.

Cons Be aware of the visitor policy before you book. Visitors are not allowed in rooms — this is disclosed — but what is disclosed nowhere (not on the listing, not in the confirmation, not at reception) is the PRICE of registering a second guest: I was charged COP 666,400, roughly 90% of a full night's rate, for a registered visit of about two hours. It took a formal written complaint citing the lack of any published tariff, six days and an escalation to Booking.com customer service before the charge was refunded in full — which, to their credit, was done courteously. Advice: if you may receive a visitor, ask for the visitor fee in writing before booking, because you won't find it published anywhere.

5 star in every way possible!!

Restaurants were amazing, property was so well designed and the staff were excellent throughout. From being greeted by David to check in with Emily, Andres, to eating at all the restaurants. Staff were so attentive at each restaurants and amazing at breakfast too.

Ich komme wieder nach Medellin und buche das Click Clack.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war außergewühnlich. Zuverkommen, verständnisvoll und sehr hilfsbereits! Frühstück sehr gut.
