The Crawford Hotel

L’hotel è molto bello e la posizione, all’interno della stazione, rappresenta una situazione insolita: personalmente non mi era mai capitato. Un Valet Service decisamente professionale e coerente con la categoria dell’hotel.

Cons Purtroppo la vicinanza ai binari comporta un livello di rumore significativo. La prima notte, ad esempio, un camion è rimasto fermo per diverse ore sotto la nostra finestra per effettuare operazioni di carico e scarico. Anche il servizio non è all’altezza di una struttura a cinque stelle: lo staff appare approssimativo e poco preparato.

Cons Cleaning our room late in the day. We opted out of getting it clean, because we had gotten back from sight seeing and were too tired to wait while they worked, on multiple days.

Being part of the Union Station development means access is available to the restaurants and other food outlets. Breakfast at snooze was excellent. A free coffee in the morning and scoop of ice cream at happy hour were very welcome!
