Cons No Safety box in the room. All hotel room should have a laptop size safe. ….. No tea kettle in room although they did bring one when I requested. I had to supply my own tea. Some people don’t drink coffee. I didn’t want to wait until the communal tea was available at 8am and I like a proper cuppa with very hot water which is not available from a coffee maker.
The highlight of our Mexico trip. Stay there if going to Merida
Everything was truly lovely. The breakfasts were outstanding each day. The bedroom was luxurious and well laid out The lovely pool area and the personal attention. We got amazing food recommendations plus they organised a day tour for us privately. Also it was lovely, having the tequila and Mezcal tasting available. The staff were beyond lovely. I cannot recommend the place highly enough. They turned our Merida experience into the highlight of our holiday.

Excelente relaxing Retreat
It was private, quiet, clean, and relaxing. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. Their added a special message and added details during our stay that made our family feel very welcomed. Services were top notch. They even helped us book tours and transport.

Un hotel boutique muy calido
El desayuno excepcional, todo el ambiente es muy acogedor, el personal es increible y la disposicion a atender al huesped insuperable. Una piscina en el medio del patio hace que el calor de Merida en esas fechas haya sido mas agradable.
Cons Tienen un problema de olor de humedad en alguna habitacion, al entrar lo mencionamos e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a otra, para compensar el malestar inicial pusieron a nuestra disposicion un botella de vino a eleccion, un detalle no menor.
