STAY AWAY - Racist / Aggressive Security Guard with no compensation from hotel management

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! stayed here for Google business and was jetlagged / went to the gym / toilet at 5am when a security guard (Tyrone) banged on the cubicle door and aggressively accused me of trespassing , in what felt like a racially motivated attack and escorted me off the floor The team met me but offered nothing in the way of compensation for the traumatic experience the hotel had inflicted on me which is poor customer service.. It also took over 12 hours and 3 follow ups of me reporting the complaint for Director of Guest relations Daniel to respond Nefeteria at front desk was amazing

This hotel is terrific! It’s in a fabulous location, spectacular views and the service is absolutely lovely as is the food.
