Spacious and comfortable with incredible staff and customer service

We stayed in a suite which had a fabulous view across the river to New Jersey and for a family of 4 was very spacious for New York. The staff at the hotel were incredible and couldn't do enough for us which was brilliant and made up for the lack of mod cons at the hotel

Cons The hotel could do with a little reno to bring it up to the standard you'd expect for a hotel of this price - our closet doors wouldn't close properly, the bathrooms need an upgrade and things like usb or usb ports should be added by the bed.

Cons Elevators are a disaster, you can’t plan for anything as you sometimes have to wait for 15 minutes to get to or from your room. It’s a continuous irritation, once missed breakfast and had to run out to a meeting without a coffee

Cons We will no longer stay at the Dominick unless the elevators are fixed. Impossibly long waits 15 min and longer. This ruined the whole stay.
