Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time.

The location was amazing as we were seeing a show at the Albert Hall. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the room had everything we could need and the breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Bed very comfortable location was good and front of desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was good also.

Cons Pool was cold, showers in room outdated and service at breakfast either very good or poor, no in between.

The location, spa gym and pool were exceptional. The reception and concierge were very helpful and friendly.

Cons We were placed on floor two and could hear taxis throughout which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast was quite expensive for what it was would’ve been nicer to have smoked salmon, pancakes a wider variety of eggs and jam in jars rather than a bowl for some reason.

Centrally located, well appointed luxury hotel.

Restaurant/bar, spa and gym and decent room with a city view.

Cons More time to check-out - 11 am is too soon and had to beg for an extra hour even when with late check-out privileges with the Booking.com agency allows for such. Being busy is fine but shouldn't rush people out the door.

Everything from the front door to the spa to the rooms, the breakfast oh my god! We loved it!! Bravo
