Not worth the price i paid

The employee at the information desk was more helpful then the person at the check in desk Pool area nice gym nice tons need to be a little upgraded Cleaning of the room needs to be better I went to use the pull out couch so much trash under it also the 4 nights i was there never received house keeping although I called twice for it. Toilet was clogged but they reduced in a decent time view was amazing I was told i was paying security deposit $200 it’s actually $200 a night

Cons My room was NOT a city view as requested and paid for but told it was. I was overlooking a factory. I could see the tip of the ocean but that's it.

Perfect place to stay for comfort and location

Spacious studio room, all facilities in room, pool & bar area and the views from 26th floor were amazing!

Cons Que están cobrando un depósito de u$200 PR noche, esto me pareció muy mal … porque la gente no tiene ese presupuesto en un viaje , es decir si viene 10 días son u$200 por día es decir ir u$2,000 que tiene que tener la persona disponible para poder hospedarse, eso deberían decirlo en el momento de la reserva tanto en booking como en despegar etc
