I really appreciated the check-in staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made the check-in process pleasant and easy.
Cons I was not completely satisfied with how the beds were made. The bedding did not look very neat or properly tucked in, and it gave the impression that the beds were made somewhat hurriedly. I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail.
