Cons חדר קטן יחסית. מנורה שלא פעלה, הבטיחו לתקן וגם לאחר יומיים לא הצליחו. חדר אמבטיה קטן ומשטח כיור מצומצם.

Good, but could be better.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Cons There was a limited selection of prepared fruit at the breakfast buffet and some of the prepared to order items were disappointing. The room was too light in the morning as the bathroom door is frosted glass and the bathroom window doesn't have a blind.

Cons The room was too small. The elevator was being cleaned we had to use the staff’s one at checkout.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Bei einem Small Leading Hotel of the World hatten wir uns deutlich mehr erwartet.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem schönen alten Gebäude in toller sehr zentraler Lage.

Cons Aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen hatten wir uns mehr erwartet und waren ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Personal insbesondere am Empfang war völlig unmotiviert, um nicht zu sagen unfreundlich. Auch der Frühstücksservice hat nicht besonders gut funktioniert. Erst nachdem wir zwei Mal in der Küche nachgefragt haben, kam jemand an den Tisch und nahm die Bestellung auf. Auf den Kaffee mussten wir dann leider lange warten. Wir hatten 2 DZ gebucht, in denen es leider sehr muffig roch. Der Zimmerservice ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt leider keine Teestation im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut und der Aufzug funktionierte nicht.

Cons Nothing

Very comfortable base to visit Thessaloniki but lacks a bit of charm.

Very comfortable, well appointed room with good facilities and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast with wide choice in a very nice dining room. Very good shower separate from the bathroom. Central location.

Cons It felt a little anonymous - all the staff were very pleasant, but a bit distant, and the decoration (mainly white) lacked a bit of character. For a relatively small hotel the atmosphere was more like a big high end hotel. It’s on quite a passing street so there was a bit of traffic noise but not excessive.
