Beautiful design and style. The hot water is the only question, doesn’t get very hot for very long for a brand new luxury hotel.

Decoration and the architecture. The rooms are on the small side.
Cons The staff is not quite settled. The concierge was ignorant. Over all they seemed to be helpful but they really were not. I have stayed at hotels of this quality and i am used to service being impeccable which was not the case here.
