The location was excellent. The hotel was a 5-minute walk to the clock tower and other main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to a suite, and it was amazing! The garden restaurant is beautiful. The food was also good. Mr. Bilel was super accommodating and responsive. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Prague.

Everything was very nice, especially the location, what made the occasion even better was the concierge and the valets.

Comfortable Stay Within Walking Distance of Prague's Old Town

I was upgraded to a higher-category suite. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished with classic furniture. It offered a view of the street, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons Housekeeping entered the room several times to deliver items that had previously been forgotten, which was somewhat disruptive and annoying. The breakfast staff were very formal and did not provide a particularly friendly or warm welcome. In addition, the selection at the breakfast buffet felt rather limited considering the price charged by the hotel.

Semplicemente meraviglioso! Una suite a dir poco perfetta: accogliente, spaziosa e pulitissima. Il servizio è stato impeccabile. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e professionale: dal portiere Belel, alla reception, sia diurna che notturna, fino agli chef e ai camerieri. Un servizio davvero ineccepibile, sempre attento e disponibile. Una menzione speciale va alla colazione, curata con un’attenzione per l’ospite davvero al di là di ogni aspettativa: prodotti freschi, grande varietà e ottima qualità. Consigliatissima anche la cena proposta dallo chef italiano: una cucina davvero raffinata, delicata e curata in ogni dettaglio. Un soggiorno semplicemente meraviglioso, in un ambiente dove ci si sente accolti e coccolati. Un’esperienza che porteremo con noi e che consigliamo assolutamente!

Cons Ad essere davvero pignoli, l’unico piccolo appunto riguarda il servizio in camera: trattandosi di un hotel 5 stelle, ci saremmo aspettati il cambio degli asciugamani e la preparazione della camera per la notte (turndown service). Per il resto, davvero nulla da eccepire: il soggiorno è stato semplicemente meraviglioso.
