Location was fantastic, pool was fantastic, the room was fantastic overall.
Cons We had some issues with the bathroom tap and we called the concierge. They said they would send someone up but nobody came after 15mins. In the end, we had to resolve it ourselves.
La habitación era muy espaciosa y bien equipada. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy nuevo. También la zona de la piscina estaba muy bien. La ubicación genial, cerca de todo.

Cons Not really deserving a Luxury title. Stayed in room 1303 (on 28-30/9) 1) Bedroom aircond was not cold only blowing moderate air out. After made complaint to receptionist, no improvement. 2) Acoustic and noise (ie toilet, kitchen flushing from above room can be heard clearly)..guess was due to no ceiling.
The location is very convenient and the overall environment is pleasant. The staff are also friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance is needed.
Cons The aircon doesn’t seem to be cooling well, and the overall cleanliness could also be improved. I’m not sure if this might be because the room has been unoccupied for some time. It would also be helpful if a table could be provided in the room, as it would make it much more convenient for us to work and place our laptops and other items.
Great place to see Penang and then come back and relax
Lots of space in the rooms, Harun from housekeeping was most helpful, great swimming pool to relax, excellent value for money, reception very helpful, good air conditioning, bus trip to breakfast location worked well
