The Heathman Hotel Kirkland

Beds and showers are excellent with great water pressure. Rooms are clean and modern but can have plumbing noise at night. Staff is genuinely friendly and the walkable downtown location near restaurants makes it worth the stay, though in-room dining costs extra and rooms lack microwaves.
