A welcome moment in pure luxury after a few days of Safari
A very warm welcome. Own parking facilities under the hotel. Great breakfast. We received a complimentary room upgrade.
Cons Booking was messed up and downgraded due to the hotel suddenly realizing they were overbooked. They did give us a refund and complimentary spa vouchers but such things should never happen at establishments like this.
