L hotel est vraiment très beau le personnel est vraiment adorable et aux petits soins, dès notre arrivée on nous appelé par nos prénoms, surprenant et très agreable. Il y a 3 restaurants avec un grand choix de plats , le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque. Les villas sont magnifiques et les piscines des villas ont l eau chaude a 33 degrés ....un rêve ! Face a la jungle ce serait super. Les piscines communes , sont plus fraîches. Bien qu'il y ait du monde qui viennent en day pass (ne sejourne pas dans l hotel) nous n avions pas de problème pour avoir un sala devant les piscines et toute la journée la musique dont le niveau sonore est très correct. Nous avons eu un DJ et un chanteur avec violoniste, c était une belle surprise .Pour les dîner ils organisent chaque soir un spectacle balinais. Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel pour célébrer l'anniversaire de mon mari, ils nous ont fait une surprise au petit déjeuner et ont également décoré la chambre.... C était vraiment une super attention. La literie est vraiment bonne Je recommande vraiment cet établissement .

Amazing surrounding jungle

Everything about this hotel and its staff was exceptional. Made extremely welcome from the start. We didnt arrive until 1am in the morning and they had little sandwiches already made for us. Our premiere villa was out of this world. Risky our butler he was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our stay at The Kayon Jungle Resort was truly exceptional and one of the most memorable experiences we had in Bali. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lush jungle, incredibly peaceful, romantic, and designed in a way that makes you feel completely immersed in nature while still enjoying a very high level of comfort and luxury. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The service never felt forced — everyone seemed to truly care about making guests feel welcome and looked after. A very special thank you to Dewa, who made an incredible impression on us. He was exceptionally thoughtful, helpful, friendly, and professional, and always seemed to know exactly how to make our experience better. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel genuinely cared for. The atmosphere, the views, the pools, the beautiful surroundings, and especially the people made Kayon Jungle Resort feel very special. This is the kind of place you remember long after leaving. We are extremely grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable stay in Ubud. We would be very happy to return.
