Amazing Resort

We stayed in riverside villa for two days. The room, hotel’s location, food, staff and service were all amazing.

Property was amazing, the staff were 10/10 and the whole experience was great. Awesome value for money, would stay again and recommend to friends.

スタッフに感謝です。

まず当方レベル感。バリ島はウブドとジンバラン含め8回目。今まではFourSeasons、AYANA、Alila、Ritz、クプクプバロン、カマンダル等。マンションタイプの縦割りの大型ホテルが苦手なタイプです。国によっては安宿や民宿も利用します。今回は5泊、コスパ大変良く大満足。VILLA№5は避けてください。日中でも日が差さず四方真っ暗。プールと部屋がメゾネット形式のため、部屋からプールも滝も見えません。湿気の強い部屋で気分が落ちたのでVILLA№４に変更していただきました。こちらはベッドから目覚めると正面視界にプール、プールから滝も見えます。ただ、滝の音が気になる人はVILLAは避けた方が良いと思います。24時間聴こえます。レストランも不満はありませんでした。バリでステーキ？と思いましたが、オーストラリア産サーロインステーキも大変美味しかったです。毎朝ヨガに出ましたがストレッチクラスと思ってください。かなり初心者向けです。薄い色の服を着ている時は虫刺されなかったのですが、黒いワンピースを着た日に虫除けスプレーしていたにもかかわらず複数刺されました。帰国後も水泡を含む痕と強烈な痒さに悩まされました。1日、系列のジャングルリゾートに伺いましたが、景色を一望できるガゼボを確保したい場合は、午前中に行くことをお勧めします。プールサイドで爆音でDJがかかっていたのが残念。ガムラン音楽だけを聴いて過ごしたかったです。とにもかくにもスタッフが大変感じよく、それが一番印象に残りました。

Cons 乾燥機が無いのか？湿度高く洗濯物が乾かないのか？リネンに生乾き臭あり。VILLA№5のリネンは寝ていると枕から臭いました。シャワーとお風呂同時に使用するとお湯アウト。

Beautiful place

Beautiful property excellent staff. Very comfy and clean room. Great restaurant. Very isolated remote and quiet which was lovely. Some super entertainment at dinners. Huge breakfast menu - delicious and super varied.

Cons There was a planned power outage of the whole day that wasn’t told to guests until the last minute. No power , no ac - really put a damper on the day for us. Unfortunate.

Felt more like home than a hotel. The staff and management are amazing - from housekeeping and luggage help, to reception and the restaurant/bar team. Super attentive and always one step ahead. Flawless service. Best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to the whole team!
