Cons No ice nachines
Fine for overnight stay although breakfast service poor
Good location and room fit for purpose although could do with updating. The valet and receptionist that we engaged with were helpful and friendly.
Cons Breakfast. We were 2 of 3 guests waiting for breakfast. We waited for a while and a member of staff did not show up to take our order. We ended up leaving and purchasing breakfast elsewhere. A disappointment when it was included in our stay.
Wonderful place, close to everything downtown.
Everything! Close to food shops and pet much everything downtown.
Cons Maybe invest in some sound proof glass because it was busy and loud pretty much all night, and we were on the 7th floor.
Very limited selections.
Cons No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I am a fruit lover and it would have been nice to have a refrigerator to keep fruit and water in. The restaurant was very limited in selections. Some food on the limited menu was not available. Hotel parking was not sufficient. I utilized valet parking and the attendants were great, however parking a bit expensive at $40 daily. For the cost of the room valet should have been included.

Cons The room wasn’t clean. A bag containing fast food waste was left in the corridor near the left for the entire time of our stay (2 nights). The quilt was stained under the sheets and the room was really basic. The gym was out of commission although we could use the gym at a nearby hotel.
