Disappointing experience with things not working and selective poor attitude outweighing the good. Won’t be returning.
Returned due to great experience during previous stay in 2018 Breakfast buffet continues to be decent and serving staff are courteous and helpful. On check out day, Tanmoy took good care of my senior citizen father and helped with bags and formalities as I wasn’t available to complete. Srijita helped with check in and was extremely professional, helpful and responsive. Staff at the door were helpful and courteous. Panna Lal helped arrange uber timely to the airport on a terribly rainy and waterlogged day.
Cons 1) unpleasant odor in bathroom all through. 2) mini bar not functioning and even after it was repaired/replaced, it wasn’t working 3) lumpy, thin pillows 4) no bathrobe in room, no hand towels in bathroom. 5) used cutlery and crockery in room wasn’t replaced, had to call and get it done. 6) adaptors and power points not working. Request for usb and c type adaptor was declined earlier and accommodated after 2 days of stay 7) staff with mixed attitude - largely good, but one had poor attitude - Megha. Didn’t understand the ask, kept refusing, and rather than checking or sending staff, asked for me to assess what was working and what wasn’t. The request was accommodated by a different personnel later. Overall, a terribly disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
