An exceptional luxury hotel with impeccable service—we look forward to staying here again.

We had an excellent stay at The Langham Jakarta third or fourth time i had been there .The hotel is elegant, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality dishes, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool and fitness center, were outstanding. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Thanks to all the staff !! Very nice and kind 🙏

Cons There was very little to dislike. The only minor issue was that traffic around the hotel can be quite busy during peak hours, but this is understandable in Jakarta.

Luxurious stay with exceptional service, but the breakfast did not meet expectations.

I had an excellent stay at The Langham, Jakarta. The hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. The facilities, including the pool and wellness areas, were impressive and provided a great opportunity to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend The Langham, Jakarta and would gladly stay there again in the future.

Cons The only aspect that did not fully meet my expectations was the breakfast. While the selection was adequate, I felt that the quality and overall experience did not quite match the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. For a luxury property such as The Langham, I expected a more exceptional breakfast offering.

A wonderful start to our holiday!

I loved the hotel. The service was impeccable! The place had the perfect combination of elegance, modernity with a hint of Englishness. Our room was large and plentiful and had a luxurious feel to it.

Cons The only thing I would improve is the pool area. It would be lovely to have a bar there to order food & drinks rather than wait for them to be delivered from elsewhere in the hotel.
