Cons It didn’t just feel just like a hotel couldn’t tell you why other than it felt more homely and welcoming. Really enjoyed our short stay. Definitely will come back.

There was a doorman who was always helpful and friendly. I think his name was Ray ( light brown hair, big smile, very friendly gentleman). This really made the stay feel warm and safe. All the staff were exemplary- attentive, helpful, thinking ahead to see how they could help us or make our stay even better. The buffet breakfast is excellent value and so varied. Very good value for money and so pleasant to sit in the dining room and meet other guests. I really enjoyed the room service as well. The staff were lovely and food perfection.

Cons My husband would prefer a top sheet on the bed as the duvet often left him feeling too hot while sleeping but taking it off meant he woke up cold
