Cons No nos hicieron el descuento que decían por ser huéspedes y miembros del brilliant, en el bar. Fuimos varias veces y ninguna de ellas nos aplicaron descuento alguno a pesar de decirlo. En el langham de honk kong ni lo tuvimos que decir y ya nos aplicaron el descuento.

A very comfortable stay

The choice & quality of what was available at breakfast surpassed anywhere I've stayed before & the food was hot, complimented with a very good choice of coffee available at no extra charge. I loved the outdoor pool on the 5th floor. It was never very busy & the weather was good enough to enjoy it. Although my room overlooked a main road, there was no traffic noise. Overall, I really liked this hotel & would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Shenzhen.

Cons It wasn't much of a big deal but, despite arriving later than I anticipated, my room wasn't ready. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered an upgrade but still had to wait while this was prepared. No 'Bloody Mary' cocktails available & the complimentary nuts, served in the bars, were ruined with certain ingredients to spice things up. I didn't see an ATM in the hotel, although there is one in a nearby bank, but not 24 hour access
