Perfect service, quiet and clean
Service is perfect and everything could be sorted out quickly. Although all facilities are not very new but clean and incredible service
Cons Nothing since I care service more than facilities.

Excellant hotel and staff, and in a good area with plenty of amenities within walking distance.
All the staff were very friendly, professional and ready to help me with any questions I had. I would definetly recommend the executive club as an extra. Very useful as a quite area for work and breakfeast. And great views of Shenzhen bay.
