The hotel is really nice for the price point. Great room, comfy beds, nice bathroom! The layout of the hotel is nice and feels lux.

Cons Our hallway on our floor smelled like hamburgers both nights we stayed there.

Cons Room was not as clean. The carpet was wet and the bathroom was not clean, hair on the floor.

We would definitely stay here again if heading into Center City Philadelphia.

We really liked the setup of our room and bath, the hotel facilities overall, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed brunch at Urban Farmer and wished we could have tried dinner there as well.

Cons It would have been great if our room was available at or shortly after the standard check-in time of 4:00. We got in around 5:00. It's absolutely understandable that it was Saturday and very busy, but we had somewhere to be and were getting anxious during the wait.
