Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good beds and Nespresso machines, but some guests found them worn with dirt behind furniture and loud ventilation.

Great location opposite the public gardens, friendly and helpful staff,, spacious and comfortable.
Cons Very small kitchenette, just a coffee machine, fridge, kettle and sink. The hotel did however provide plates cutlery and a microwave on request.

It was close to almost everything and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons Honestly, the food in the restaurant. The prices were pretty much in line with what we’d seen out, but I ordered the Cornish hen and it was so dry I could barely eat what little I was able to get down. And the mashed potatoes were awful, they had lemon in them. The waitress was very nice and helpful and brought me a different type of potato so I didn’t want to complain about the meat as well. But, I paid a lot of money for something that wasn’t worth it.
We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and especially the lobby, and the location was great.

Cons The screws were loose on the shower tap, the bathtub stopper was disconnected so it couldn't work, and the toilet seat was loose and wiggly.
If you’re attending an even downtown, this is the place. Close proximity and comfy beds.

The lobby was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. I've never had a bellman bring up my luggage to my room for me, which was a nice touch.
Cons The bathrooms were quite small and awkward.
