Best breakfast! great view!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area was lovely . The breakfast was fantastic, really enjoyed it. In a great position for trams trains and restaurants.
Cons The room was a bit tired, the bed wasn't as big or as comfortable as I was expecting but that was all.

A worse than ‘budget’ level room at a high cost - very poor experience
The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and did all they could to make a very poor room workable. The breakfast is varied and of a good standard.
Cons The room allocated was on the 7th floor and of a very poor standard. The room smelt of damp, the furniture was stained and damaged. Stains on carpet and lack of electrical sockets. Other rooms on this floor appear to being renovated and this room so badly needs renovating that it shouldn’t be available.
