Location was great and the room had all I needed
Cons The elevators were having issues all 4 days. At one point I had to walk down 5 floors and get off to try and get an elevator to work. My first night there was dirt on one of the pillows, and small flies in the bathroom. The peep hole cover was broken and open for anyone to look in.

no se llama Manhattan en la realidad dice crown plaza, pagas una habitacion normal y t dan una habitacion d los ochentas k x k las normales se paga extra , las habutaciones k entregan no aparece en sus publicasiones , solo funcionan dos elevadores y las escaleras d energecia estan fuera d servicio , no tiene caja d seguridad no tiene mi refri, pagas un desayuno y t dan en la mano no t dejan agarrar nada solo t dan un platano un cafe y un pan, aun estoy peleando un cobro x k cargaron ellos a parte d booking 680 dlls segun porque booking no les pago , y booking no ha echo nada, estoy arreglando a traves d mi banco ese cobro, no regreso a ese lugar nunca mas y jamas vuelvo a usar booking para reservar no contestan no alludan y no hacen nada.
Cons no renten ahi , no dan la habitacion k se renta, El hotel no se lllama Manhattan es un fraude, booking lo sabe y no hacen nada al respecto, no cumple con las normas legales de alojamiento , aun estoy peleando cobros k hiceron en el hotel x fuera d booking y jo hacen nada ni el.hotel ni booking, lo estoy arreglando a traves d mi tarjeta como fraude

The worst nightmare ever. All that is listed about the hotel on Booking just a lie.
Nothing. Rhe worst nightmare ever.
Cons The photos that are available on Booking, are very far away from the reality, basically those photos are taken for the top few floors only. All the rest are just horrible, old, dirty. The first room we have got, was literally full of human shit in the bathroom, no bed at all. Do not ever go there! We changed the hotel after one horrible night spent there.
